Located in Otautahi | Christchurch, Aotearoa | New ZealandFixed Term, Parental Leave CoverJanuary - October 2025 (earlier start day may be negotiable)30 hours per week - Monday to FridayBased on our Ilam CampusAu Mahi | What You Will DoAs the Student Operations Administrator, you will provide professional, high-quality administrative support to Student Operations teams and the wider UC community. Your day will be busy and varied as you utilise your multi-tasking skills and experience to provide exceptional customer service to staff, students, and visitors.You will be a highly experienced administrator who can confidently support multiple teams, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and respond quickly and effectively to the unexpected and unplanned while maintaining a sense of humour. You have excellent organisational and administrative skills and are competent with a range of computer programmes and systems. You can identify, implement, and improve administrative processes and document and maintain comprehensive process notes. You enjoy working with a diverse range of people and can work both independently and as part of a team. You have strong attention to detail, are a clear communicator, and you're not fazed by constant change. You will be able to demonstrate an alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.Student Operations oversees admission, enrolment, scholarships, and the Contact Centre, headed up by the Student Operations Director.
