We work passionately to prepare our students to be 'work ready, world ready' for an industry we love . . and you can be a part of this.About the role:You will be responsible for upholding excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional student experience by ensuring that all student enrolments are processed both accurately and efficiently with a student-centric approach to all subsequent tasks. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and the Administrative Team Lead at Yoobee Colleges.Key responsibilities include:Student Enrolment processing - ensuring paperwork is completed and compliant with TEC rules and policies; Complete Studylink VOS; Ensure CRM process is completed.Fee Collection Management – Public Trust accounts are created and up to date; Manage student fees in a timely manner.Team Collaboration – work with the wider sales team ensuring support where needed.General administration & Customer Support.Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records; Issue confirmation letters and invoices accurately.About you:Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Solution-focused approach to challenges.Commitment to a student-centric approach in all interactions.Why work with us?Yoobee Colleges prides itself on supporting a diverse and inclusive culture - open to inputs from creative people of all genders, ethnicity, identity, thought and experiences.
