Structural Engineering Manager

Here is an exciting prospect for a Senior Structural Engineer who is looking for their next step that potentially isn't on offer within their current firm. Technically, you need to be competent but being able to get the best out of a team of Engineers is equally as important. The project portfolio would mainly be commercial and industrial so some NZ experience in this area is essential.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
Significant relevant experience within the NZ consultancy environment
Be a Chartered Professional Engineer or if not, to obtain this within the next 12 months
Ability to lead projects technically and engage with clients
Leadership skills and the ability to empower the team
Understand how to manage technical staff and the associated process of running a business
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
