About the role
You will work within a small dynamic team in Queenstown to help drive a growing range of projects within the region; involved in projects nationally working closely with our talented team of professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes are achieved for our clients.
This is a varied role which will see you developing and maintaining client relationships, preparation of concept, preliminary and detailed designs, and project administration and management.

About you
Understand risk, be commercially astute and place a high regard on client satisfaction.
Experience in leading and managing the delivery of structural engineering projects.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering professional development.
Qualified with a BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
CPEng or working towards would be an advantage.
A strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects, with proven experience in structural engineering with seismic experience to NZ Codes.
In-depth knowledge of New Zealand's structural engineering standards and building codes.
Exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
