What I do?
Engage, motivate, and develop the team, coaching to improve performance/technical abilities and supporting professional development.
Serve as the primary advisor for expert guidance and influencing strategy and policy processes across the Council.
Champion and architect the Strategic Planning Framework, driving the alignment of strategies and plans with the Council's long-term vision and strategic objectives.
Provide strong strategic direction to guide and influence Council decision-making.

Why join our team?

The team you would join has fun while they work, enjoys a laugh, and is highly respected throughout the organisation.
