As the Strategy Administrator you will work closely with our planners as you undertake a range of administrative tasks that support the overall delivery of the Waikirikiri Ki Tua Future Selwyn and other strategic work, including area plans, biodiversity, transport, urban design and sustainability.A chance to gain exposure to a wide range of planning activities you'll see the outcomes and the visible impact that your work has on the communities we serve.Focusing on process improvement, best practice and delivering within statutory timeframes you will:Organise meetings and hearings and coordinate relevant administrationManage correspondence, workshops and events with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop, update and own information displayed on our sections web pages ensuring it is up to date and easy to understandReceive, record, summarise submissions, and maintain records and databasesProcess invoicesCoordinate procurement processes for the teamHelp keep our teams running smoothlyAbout you:Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable contributing and working towards results in a group setting. An experienced administrator you will have several years' experience, especially in a local government role.
