We're looking for a detail-focused, process and strategy-driven operator to take ownership and work closely with the leadership team of our fast growing international business.
A newly created role focusing on OWNERSHIP of all financial data, someone who can dial in our forecasting, reporting and accurate budgeting as we continue to scale and grow quickly.

Responsibilities of the role: Play a leading role in shaping the finance function of the future within the divisionBring immediate financial rigour to the division by presenting P&L and budget analysis every monthImprove business case creation and commercial insights for future investment decision-makingDrive financial reporting Act as a true business partner and work closely with the leadership teamLead a team of transactional accountantsAssist with company wide finance transformation programmePrior experience using Xero is essentialWe're an online coaching company working with residential builders in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UK and the United States.
