What you'll do: As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans that minimise risk while maximising efficiency. Your role will involve overseeing high-level financial reporting and analysis while providing valuable investment advice to business stakeholders. You will also manage cash flow, budgeting processes, audits, compliance measures, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will support operational goals through project accounting and detailed financial reports.

Oversee high-level financial reporting and analysis.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, audit, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
Support operational goals through project accounting and financial reporting.
Ensure timely completion of project financial reporting and monthly management accounts.
What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position is a NZ Chartered Accountant (CA) or holds a CPA qualification. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field. With over 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Company Accountant or Financial Controller, you bring broad experience in financial analysis, reporting and cash flow management. Your strong MS Office skills coupled with excellent communication abilities make you stand out. Furthermore, your strong organisational time management skills enable you to adapt to fast-paced environments.
NZ Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
Broad experience in financial analysis, reporting, and cash flow management.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong organisational time management skills.
