Mo te turanga | About the position As the Strategic Communications and Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how we communicate, ensuring our messages are heard, understood, and connect meaningfully with the community. In this role, you will lead the development of a forward-thinking communication strategy that enhances Council's reputation and strengthens relationships with iwi Maori, stakeholders, and the wider community. With a strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, you'll ensure that our communications are culturally respectful and inclusive.You'll also inspire and guide a talented team, fostering a collaborative, creative environment while ensuring consistent and transparent messaging.
