This role will require that the candidate has considerable experience selling to enterprise organizations, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders through long and complex sales.
You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on complex products that require deep product as well as industry understanding.
You will gather prospect feedback and requests while working with internal teams to help align our product roadmap.
The right candidate communicates effectively across multiple departments and with customers of varying needs, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This role is required to be on the west coast.The Team:The Strategic Account Executives will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
This role will work closely with sales enablement, consultant relations, solutions consultants and more to hit their revenue goals.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience selling into large enterprisesExperience selling into HR, Benefits, People and/or Healthcare teamsComfortability and experience selling to Sr. Benefits Leaders at fortune 1000 companiesStrong experience managing influential consultants at large consulting firmsA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistentlyOutstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skillsExperience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)Ability to work in a fast paced, team environmentStrong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.Passionate about Carrot's mission to achieve fertility care for allPreferred Qualifications:Experience selling employer health benefits into mid to large enterprisesFluency navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and complianceExperience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefitsCompensation:Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package.
