Full Time 40hrs: Sunday - Thursday roster Your new role: We're seeking a passionate and dedicated self-starter to manage our back of house function. In this role, you'll:
Ensure accuracy of records and stock integrity and an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floorUnpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly mannerReceive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantitiesCommit to a safety-first culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheldUse of Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound/outbound stock movementProvide friendly customer service, and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.Be responsible for maintaining store floor and stockroom standardsWhat you'll bring to the role: Have a great deal of retail storeroom experience (2-3 years)Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirableVarious use of machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, WAVe, trolleyAbility to work unsupervisedProficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systemsWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kgDoes this sound like the right role for you?
