What you'll be doingAs a Store Support Person, you play an integral role in ensuring that your store runs efficiently and smoothly, which includes:
Receiving and dispatching of stock, including stock control / count.Keeping our customers updated on their orders, dealing with any queries as they arise.Banking, cash and purchase order management, as well as daily reconciliations.Ad hoc reporting and administration of the store's daily operations.Proactively managing potential risks in your store by conducting floor walks.You are a diligent worker with good attention to detail, wanting to make a real difference in your store. Experience in retail would be a bonus, but what is more important is a proactive approach to your work, as well as a desire to learn.
