A little bit about the role… As a Store Manager at Willis Street Kathmandu, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient running of the store.
The role is full-time and day-to-day you will:Build and drive a customer-led culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives.Inspire and lead a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store is running effectively.Represent the store and support the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes, being involved in mentoring and guidance opportunities.Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning.
With the support of your Regional Manager and wider People team, you will be passionate about training and coaching your team to ensure succession planning opportunities within your store and the wider KMD Brands network.Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.What we are looking for… You will have previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional store management.
You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook along with your sound knowledge of retail requirements: POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation.
You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture, and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business, and be able to demonstrate that to your team and customers.
