We're currently hiring for our next Store Manager at our St Lukes store.
More about this opportunity: This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week working Tuesday - Wednesday - 8:45am-6:15pm, Thursday-Friday - 8:45am-3:45pm and Saturday 8:45am-6:15pm As a Store Manager of this location, you will: Run the daily operations of your store Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needs Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
