Store Manager - Rotorua

We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Store Manager in our Rotorua store. This position is a key role in the store managing a team, ensuring all sales and sign-up targets are met, managing stock and cash, and performing administrative tasks such as staff rosters, weekly branch, product, and banking reports. The role will also include assigning duties to the team and ensuring the smooth running of the store. Experience in a similar role and with HR will be an advantage as you will be involved in recruitment for your store, ongoing training of your staff, performance reviews, and conducting 90-day trial period meetings.
