The Role As our new Store Manager for our new Outlet store in Manawa Bay, this position is responsible for delivering the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store. To drive sales, profit and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability Lead with a focus on strong people management Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store Manage effective control of costs Drive a customer-centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience Adhere to all company behaviors, policies and procedures The Ideal Candidate will have Proven experience in managing high sales turnover retail fashion store A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach Experience managing the performance, training and development of a large team Skills associated with driving productivity with team members Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership Why work for us?
