You do this by coaching them on expected customer service behaviours and turning them into product experts.
You'll make sure your customers have team members to seek advice from in store, managing your rosters well to ensure sufficient coverage.
Your store is your pride and joy – you've got your eye on the floor making sure everything is spick and span.
