Will see you motivate and lead a team of 7, working closely with the team on delivering impeccable service, driving sales and achievement of targets, and maintaining a well-presented and well-stocked store at all times.
Deliver exceptional shopping experiences by maintaining the highest standards of customer service, building strong customer relationships, and understanding their needs.Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards.Drive sales performance through effective team management, sales strategies, and in-depth product knowledge.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.Manage store budgets, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and representing our heritage in every customer interactionOur client:
