To be considered for this role you will ideally have:Senior retail experience in a management positionProven ability to lead by example and provide the best customer serviceAn unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team.Confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environmentStrength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor salesExperience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularlyExperience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a passionate, skilled, approachable retail professional to join our team.
