We are looking for Store Manager to join our team and work in our Vape store based in Waikato.
As a Store Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
You will be working independently and have the day to day running of the store.
You will supervise and coordinate a team to deliver outstanding service, maintain the stores appearance, and contribute to its overall success.

Location: Waikato Job Type : Full time – 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.
Duration: Permanent Pay Bracket: Minimum $29.70 per hour and the Employer is willing to go up to $32.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities: · Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and advising them on product use.
· Provide product information, answer customer inquiries and complaints, and offer recommendations.
· Promoting and advertising the stores goods and services.
· Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning specific tasks to staff.
· Maintaining records of stock levels, service standards and financial transactions · Interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews and resolving staff grievances.
· Supervision of staff.
· Budgeting and marketing for the store · Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations · Ensure safety and security procedures are enforced · Examine any returned goods and decide on the appropriate action.
We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes: · Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the store timings from Monday to Sunday · 3 years relevant experience / or Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred · Excellent communication skills and Handling customer professionally · Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
