Someone who is enthusiastic to lead and work as part of a team with a focus on providing excellent customer service.Our offering is a wide range of NZ and leading International Jewellery brands, as well as our own sourced Jewellery.You will have the opportunity to be a part of our exciting new venture in a fun, vibrant atmosphere where you are supported to achieve. Our company has over 20 years of success in the Jewellery industry. You can expect to be well supported, and we offer an attractive staff discount.Minimum Requirements:Previous sales and management experience is essential. Experience within the Jewellery industry would be ideal but is not a must.To be successful you will need to:Have a strong customer & sales focus with a friendly approach and understanding of the importance of customer experienceBe a strong team leaderWork well and strive to succeed as an individual and as part of a teamBe personable and enthusiasticShow initiative with a willingness to learnHave the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rostered basisBe confident with visual merchandising, using a computer and point of sale systemHave high standards of personal presentationIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
