Store Manager

We are looking for not only a culinary genius but a calm communicator. We get extremely busy but we are a well-oiled machine that works. We work as part of a team and it's very much a hands-on role, in all aspects of the kitchen and front of house.The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, in a high-volume establishment and have a passion to help grow the team. The right candidate will help with staff training to create a fun environment while delivering a great fresh clean product to our regular and visiting guests.Responsibilities: The day-to-day running of the Store.High level of financial literacy to manage budgets and cost controlSelf-driven work ethic with a passion for excellenceAbility to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen teamManage the FCP (Food Control Program)Product Purchasing & ReturnsStock Control & RotationManaging Food Costs & WastageSupervising the Kitchen TeamHold General Manager Certificate (Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act)Commitment to working in a high-energy environment where weekends and nights are the norm.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Store manager in a hospitality settingStrong leadership and team management skillsExceptional culinary skills and creativityFinancial acumen and the ability to manage resources efficientlyExcellent organisational and time management abilities
