Your role will include but not be limited to:Driving store sales targets & various KPIsLeading and motivating your small team of up to 5 staffMerchandising and styling the showroom maintaining high standardsOverseeing people function - recruitment, training, coaching and performance managementGrowing the Interior Design services as well as creative thinking to establish a bigger client baseEnsuring you deliver a high level of professionalism and presentationManaging all store administration - stock and inventory, stocktake, liaising with suppliers, rosters, reporting and more.About you:Must have at least 3+ years experience in premium retail management including either furniture/homewares or interior designAn enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and driven personality who can work as part of a team as well as autonomouslyAbility to manage a high degree of problem-solving and logical thinkingProfessional, well presented with strong written and verbal communicationPassionate about premium interiors and the fashion industry keeping up to date with the latest trendsMust have full NZ Working rights, unfortunately, no sponsorship visas will be supported.If this sounds like the perfect role for you apply now with a supporting cover letter or for a confidential chat please call Stu on (03) 741 9606 or ******
