Competitive compensation package, with a base salary complemented by generous monthly and annual incentives rewarding outstanding individual and store sales performance - $80-$85k OTE. Proven leadership experience fostering a supportive, engaged and high-performance culture. Ability to showcase where you have had success in driving profit outcomes or implemented strategies to increase overall results. Customer-centric focus with the ability to manage multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic setting. Desire to lead and develop team members, nurturing talent from within to meet and exceed KPIs. Willingness to lean into challenging conversations with team members and Support Centre stakeholders.
