Job Description:We are looking for an individual to be a Full-time Store manager. To manage our busy liquor store and bar located in Temuak, Canterbury.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of hospitality experience and1-year proven experience as a duty manager to Ensurecompliance with the Sales and supply of Alcohollegislation.
 Must have done Serve-Wise and LCQ.Ability to remain calm under work pressure, willing todo the extra to ensure make the most of their day.
Good understanding of language and intellectualcommunication skills that satisfy our customerrequirements by giving attention to their details.
Must have good work ethics, desire to understandindustry and have aim to learn and grow together.Flexible in working long hours when required. (whichmay include on call starts, early morning starts, and latefinishes, working on weekends and public holidays).
Must know the office work like ordering stock, stocktaking, inventory control management, vendor dealingand supplier selection.
Must have knowledge of cash handling, floatmanagement and health and safety to ensure a smoothoperation.
Hire and train new employees to provide outstanding customer service.
Provide training, guidance and continuous productspecification to respective staff.
An ideal applicant must have a full car license to do deliveries.
Must be available to work long Weekends and eveningsshifts.
Manage staff roster, control wage costs and review performance ensure appropriate staff trainings are up to date.
  Promote and market services to potential customers.
Highly preferable if the ideal have any management orbusiness qualification.
Develop and maintain a schedule for management andemployees.
Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure stocking,implement stock plans and maintain contact withsuppliers to ensure maximum efficiency.
Manage costs and maintain profitability Ensure thestore remains clean and presentable at all times.

Hours: Minium 30 - Maximum 40 Hours Per week.Â
