What's on Offer: $60k - $65k+ base Salary (depending on experience)
Earn up to 10% of base salary annually
Staff discounts from 20% to 40%
Tuesday - Saturday x 40 hours OR Flexible hours and days of work for the right person

The Job: As a Store Manager, you'll hold responsibility for the retail and day-to-day operations of the store. Your job includes but is not limited to:
Inspiring and motivating your team of up to 5 staff to reach and exceed targets!
Driving results through staff training and development
Excelling in customer service and engaging a loyal customer base
Identifying opportunities and thinking strategically to optimise business performance
Management Operations: rostering, performance management, stock and inventory control, visual merchandising, payroll, reporting, and day-to-day duties
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high stock turnover environment
What you bring: Management experience in a similar environment of 3+ years (retail/apparel is a bonus!)
A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude!
An ability to roll with the punches and confidence in solving problems at a fast pace.
Strong capability to drive results and KPIs whilst ensuring the workplace is supportive and fun!
