Looking for a talented – Head or Sous Chef
We are looking for someone who has a flair for innovation, loves fresh food, and understands all elements of cooking.
Must be able to start as soon as possible.
The summer season can be full-on, so we need someone who is passionate about what they do and loves what they do.
Have an eye for detail and presentation.
Proven work experience in a kitchen within a restaurant setting.
Genuine passion for hospitality & highly organised.
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
As a small team, must have a can-do attitude.
