Currently our number one store out of 11 stores around the country, we are looking for an experienced manager to lead, coach, and motivate our team and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.Part of our supportive onboarding process for the new Store Manager will involve spending time at Support Office and the other Auckland stores for initial training followed by ongoing support & training from the Retail Manager.Even though our stores are spread across the country, we like to keep all of our Store Managers connected with each other through weekly dial-ins and bi-annual trips to our Support Office to catch up with peers and be the first to see our new seasonal ranges.About youJust as there is no 'i' in team, there is no 'i' in Wallace Cotton either!
