No two days are the same so we hope you're the type of person who can't wait to get into work each morning.What does an Early Settler Store Manager do?Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performanceDrives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI'sEnsures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experienceProvides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding resultsFocuses on commercial results and ensures their team have a clear understanding of store performanceBe a product knowledge expertAdheres to all company behaviours, policies, and proceduresEnsures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment (including OH&S)Following roster: Monday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Tuesday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Wednesday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Thursday 8:00am - 5:15pm, Sunday 9:00am - 5:15pm Applicants must be a NZ citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa.We thank all applicants in advance as only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.Skills and Experiences:What do you bring to Early Settler?Previous retail management experienceYou are driven and passionate about making a difference with your customersA reputation for your outstanding customer focus, relationship building skills and ability to deliver resultsProven experience leading and coaching teamsAbility to manage budgets, drive KPI's, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient rostersExceptional organisational abilities and delegation skillsHonesty, integrity, and open communicationA strong work ethic, commitment to adding value and ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job doneYou will be physically fit, injury free and able to move furnitureWe look forward to hearing from you, click the Apply button below now!
