MA Holdings 2023 limited is seeking One Store Manager to join their team.
Some of the main responsibilities include: Lead a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Implement and enforce health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
Recruit, train, and motivate team members to uphold company standards and achieve performance targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with management to develop marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Requirements: Relevant qualification in business or management or proven 3 years work experience in a managerial role or within the food service industry, preferably in a pizza shop or similar fast-paced environment.
Applicant must be citizen or resident or hold a valid visa to work in New Zealand.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for delivering delicious food and memorable customer experiences.
