Animates is New Zealand's leading pet care company with 46 pet specialty retail stores, 28 grooming salons and 15 vet clinics and growing. As part of our busy Te Rapa store, you will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesdays to Saturdays and will manage a dedicated team of close to 20 staff including our Retail Sales Assistants, Inventory Specialists, Assistant Store Manager and Pet Grooming team! You'll coach your team, deliver and drive sales, manage day-to-day operations and be empowered to manage the store's profit and loss. What we're looking for: An energetic retail leader, passionate about developing others and delivering customer service excellence.
