Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at Pita Pit.
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the food industry.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Implement and monitor health and safety regulations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and optimize cost control.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Qualifications: Relevant Level 4 qualification in Business or 3 years of experience in the similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours (30 to 40 hours per week), including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
