As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, and profitability. You'll need to be proactive in problem-solving, have a strong focus on team development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the store team, including recruitment, training, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer queries and complaints professionally.
Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control costs, monitor sales, and drive profitability by analysing financial reports and implementing improvement strategies.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and overall cleanliness.
Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage inventory ordering, and reduce wastage by efficiently managing stock.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a great customer experience and can lead a team by example. You will have a hands-on approach and will be as comfortable working on the frontline as you are with managing the business side of things.
Required:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar store management role, ideally within the fast-food or hospitality industry and or level 5 or above qualification.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff development.
Proven ability to manage finances, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
