Showcase your leadership strengths and model our service culture as Stewarding Assistant Manager, where you will ensure a superior standard for all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of our F&B operations.What you will be doing:Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow employeesCommunicate all departmental policies, procedures and other required service standardsMonitor & maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas within the hotelOversee the scheduling and labor management of stewarding employeesManage performance of the teamMonitor all work areas for compliance with State Health regulations and Hotel requirements; follow through on any violationAssist Stewarding staff with their job functions where needed to ensure optimum cleanliness and service standardsFlexibility with shifts, that may include mornings, evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekendsQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous leadership experience in a Stewarding department requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesComputer literate in Microsoft & Windows applications requiredAbility to coordinate a team, work well under a fast paced & high pressure environment, driven to remain calm & courteous at all times, and hold the needs of a guest with high priority.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment/machineryHighly responsible, reliable & dependableEndure various physical movements throughout the work areasVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
