Our Stevedore Shift Leaders (Foremen) are tasked with leading and developing a team of Stevedores to safely and efficiently load and unload a variety of cargo in a continuous improvement environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a drive to safely and efficiently meet desired targets. As the Stevedore Shift Leader, you will motivate the team to ensure the business consistently delivers quality services to customers whilst maximizing profitability and productivity. You will embrace a safe operating environment as a core value by ensuring staff follow correct operating procedures. For this position we are seeking someone with motivation and enthusiasm, who enjoys solving problems, is quick thinking and forward thinking. As this is a physically demanding 24/7 environment you must have the stamina and flexibility to work a range of shift patterns.
