You may already hold the Certificate in Sterilisation Technology and are looking for new challenges or perhaps you're seeking to develop your career in this field. Access to education will be provided for applicants who do not hold the Certificate in Sterilisation Technology but note this will require an out of work commitment.
You will be assisting in both the sterilisation department and endoscopy theatre and processing rooms. The main duties of the role include the decontamination and sterilization of equipment. There is plenty of variety in the role and because of the increasing variety of surgeries we perform at St George's, there is plenty of scope for you to develop your expertise.
The successful applicant will need to be available for shifts between the hours of 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. We endeavour to run a 4-week rotating roster to support your work life balance.
