The Statutory Support Officer/Project Coordinator forms an integral part of the Regulatory Services team. This role requires someone who is agile, can quickly adapt and prioritise a number of tasks on the go. You will focus on providing high quality statutory process and administrative support to the team as well as project coordination.
Key responsibilities include: Administrative support to the team – project coordination tasks, coordination for Official Information Act, Ministerial and Parliamentary question requests, word processing, document management, and administrative support for public notification processesProvision of personal assistance to the manager – diary management, meeting support, drafting correspondence, arranging travel, support for financial processesProvision of communications support – newsletters, surveys, presentations, website content, and reportsYou will be an administration extraordinaire with strong coordination skills and the ability to proactively identify and use your initiative to support our team. Your experience with managing multiple tasks, remaining calm under pressure, and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

Salary range: $60,314 to $75,603 based on relevant skills and experience.
