The successful applicant must possess a range of interpersonal skills to be effective in this role.Public counter duties include dealing with victims, assessing their needs and taking minor complaints and reports; and managing visitors and contractors.Back-office functions include management of exhibits, found property, ordering of supplies, managing courier and mail services, and acting as a general font of knowledge for the smooth operation of the station.
