Sr. Executive - Hr & Admin @ Site Location

Role Objective:
The HR & Admin Officer at our construction project site will manage human resources functions and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the project. This role will be crucial in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling various administrative duties specific to the construction environment.

Role & Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive working environment and resolving conflicts as they arise.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date records on training and certifications.
Performance Management: Support performance review processes and provide guidance on performance-related issues.
Attendance Management: Oversee attendance and manage employee and labor records.
Documentation: Maintain and organize personnel files, project documentation, and other administrative records.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry.
Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics related to site facilities, including accommodation arrangements for staff if required.
