Spray Operator - Fixed TermDo you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and hold a full NZ driver's license? If so, this role could be perfect for you! We're on the lookout for a motivated and energetic Spray Operator to join our team, taking charge of vegetation control in our local parks and reserves. This fixed-term position begins ASAP and runs through to the end of April 2025.What does a Spray Operator do?As a Spray Operator, you'll take on a variety of tasks to help maintain our beautiful green spaces, including:Chemical spraying and applying organic herbicidesManually removing weeds and pest plantsOperating spray equipment and machineryPlanting and pruning roses, shrubs, and perennialsAssisting with other tasks as needed to support our teamWho we're looking forIdeally, you'll have some experience in pest plant management, but it's not essential. What matters most is a can-do attitude, a love for working outdoors, and a desire to make a positive impact.
