College is seeking three Sports Convenors, working during both term time and the College vacation periods. Essential to these roles are strong organisational skills, an ability to take charge of an inaugural role and a keen interest in helping adolescents thrive in sport.
The successful candidates will have proven interpersonal skills working in an interdependent team environment, leadership experience in sports management and the ability to multi-task.
The roles will also involve one of the following additional responsibilities:
Head of Athletic developmentHead of coach developmentHead of injury management working in the health and safety space, as well as managing venue hire for external sports users
Key to the role will be managing logistics in two of the following sports which must include one from each season:
Rugby / CricketFootball / TennisBasketball / Volleyball
Standard hours of work are generally 40 hours per week. Hours will be flexible around the need to support evening/weekend training and sports schedules.

The start date for this position is Monday 20 January 2024 to allow for induction. However, this can be flexible for the successful candidate.
