About the role:
Drive effective relationships with architects, developers, group home builders and commercial customers
Ensure an in-depth understanding of your market dynamics and key players in each market segment
Utilise your skills and experience in delivering product presentations and education to ensure your business is front of mind
Secure the supply of the company's products via identification and analysis of market leads, to convert into successful specification and project wins
Identify promotional events and activities to support achievement of your sales plan
Work closely with the National Sales Manager to review your business development plan and ensure targets are exceeded
About you:
You have proven relationships in the A&D, specification and/or commercial/group housing markets
You're looking for a change as you'd benefit from stronger support 'in behind' you, around service delivery to customer, product availability and commitment to excellence in the market
You are a proven sales performer with excellent references - both previous employers and customers
You have a strong level of business acumen along with impressive skills in both verbal and written presentations
You're committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and will actively take part in internal and external training sessions
