You will provide skilled nursing assessment, care and education to a defined group of patients to ensure optimum health outcomes are achieved and an excellent standard of care is provided.The role:The School Based Youth Health Service is a one stop shop for young people and offers assessments, advice, tests and treatment for a variety of health issues. They also support health promotion campaigns within the school community.This position is responsible for the provision of speciality clinical expertise to rangatahi and their whanau to enhance health outcomes by working directly to provide assessment, care and education.
