Korero mo te turanga - About the role We're looking for flexible, dynamic and motivational Registered Nurse with current Neonatal Badgernet EPR (Electronic Patient Records) experience to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) based at Wellington Regional Hospital.Mo to matou ropu - About our team NICU provides level three Neonatal Intensive Care Services for the central region of New Zealand including a 24-hour Infant Retrieval Service.Level two Neonatal Services are provided for the Wellington Metropolitan and Kapiti / Porirua areas. The Neonatal Transition Team provides transition nursing support for infants in the Capital & Coast catchment area. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit also has responsibility for provision of a telephone consultation service to the region and provides education and consultation to level two referral units. Mou - About you All nurses employed by Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand will have Registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and maintain a current Annual Practising Certificate as a Registered Nurse. The Speciality Clinical Nurse (SCN) working for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will have a desire to continue their nursing development and education; will have the ability to work well in a dynamic team, demonstrate values consistent with those of Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand and will be committed to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.Duties Maintaining the Neonatal Clinical Information System eg.
