About this roleThe role ofSpecialist – Procurement (Contracts) is to plan, develop and manage contract arrangementsto effectively meet all TWoA contract requirements.
The primary function is toensure that all contracts for Kaiako and external stakeholders comply with bothTWoA policies and legislative requirements and to ensure all Contracts forService requests, align with relevant TWoA policy, procedure and compliance.This role will also ensure the Contracts Register and the Delegations ofFinancial Authority database is maintained, and reporting completed.About youTo be successful inthis role you will have:• A qualification in Contract orBusiness Management• Working knowledge (4+ years) indrafting contract for services and variations• Experienced (4+ years) in providingtraining or guidance on the contract process and procurement procedures tokaimahi• Confident (2-4 years) with contractmanagement tools and systems• Advanced communication skills, withthe ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders.As akaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in culturalactivities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture andtikanga) is desirable.Apply today!Have we outlined arole that matches your capabilities and aspirations, and a workplace that appeals?
