Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and lead strategic channel planning processes, turning insights into deployable implementation recommendations with a focus on outcomes.
Media Buying Expertise: Take charge of media buying, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee the management of media contracts, ensuring campaigns are executed to plan.
Account Management: Deliver impeccable account servicing and grow relationships with creative and media partners.
Reporting and Insights: Master the use of various tools for reporting and insights, conceive nuanced reports, and project the impact and performance of strategies.
Team Management: Work closely with specialist services workstreams, mentor direct reports, and ensure effective team processes for campaign implementation.
Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations that capture clients' attention and exceed expectations.
Market Knowledge and Financial Acumen: Hold great relationships with key media contacts, stay updated on media trends, and demonstrate financial acumen in billing and invoicing.
Personal Skills and Development:
A team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
Curious and intuitive self-starter, willing to take risks for innovation.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills.
Proactively identifies gaps and opportunities for clients or internally.
