This is a newly created role in our school and a great leadership opportunity! We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, adaptable and well organised special education needs coordinator (SENCo) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the overall management, support and tracking of our neuro diverse learners and intervention programmes and lead the learning assistant team within the school. The person will also lead our English Language Learner (ELL) programme to ensure that all children receive the tailored support they require to thrive in our school environment. This position is fully released and the SENCO will be part of the school leadership team and be a key figure in fostering an inclusive educational environment where students with special needs can thrive.
