Spark Business Account Manager - Telephone Based - SME Customer Lead This full-time Spark Business Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join the Spark Business Hub Lower South team in Dunedin, Otago. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers, providing them with tailored Spark business solutions and exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of SME customers
Proactively understanding customers' business needs and objectives to recommend the best-fit Spark products and services
Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or queries in a timely manner
Identifying growth opportunities and cross-selling/up-selling additional Spark solutions
Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective account management
Representing Spark at customer meetings and industry events
Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
Experience in an account management or a customer relationship management role, ideally within the telecommunications or IT services industry preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the benefits of Spark's products and services
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using CRM and other sales/customer management tools
A self-motivated, proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
