About The Role | Te mahi An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful and modern Moss Spa, within the Sudima Christchurch City complex on Salisbury Street.
We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest's expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.
This is a permanent full time role with minimum hours of 30 per week with the pay rate of $27-$29.75 per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends and public holidays Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner Deliver a high level of service to all guests Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products Ensure client database is kept up to date and is correct Keep a clean and stocked room Suggest and promote retail products or additional services Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations Apply best practices and keep up to date with market trends Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records Requirements About you | Ko koe tenei NZQF Level 4 qualification, or at least three years of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) Qualified CIBTAC or ITEC equivalent Proven work experience as a Spa therapist Passionate about Spa and Luxury Treatments Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies Experience in sales will be considered an asset Excellent knowledge of English language Communication and customer service skills Demonstrated team player with strong communication skills Positive attitude User level computer skills Current valid rights to work in New Zealand Benefits He kura te tangata - We are all valued Staff discounts at our hotels, restaurants and spas across our network Staff, family and friends rates at our hotels Free onsite parking Excellent reward & recognition events Service and anniversary gifts and benefits Wellbeing programme including Health insurance discounts Paid training and individual Employee Development Plans Training towards NZQA qualifications and our very own online digital learning platform Free Life Insurance, Digital Will & Best Doctors teleservice after 3 months of employment Who We Are - Ko Wai Matou Here at Sudima Hotels, we have one passion, you!
