Our Spa is situated amongst Totara trees, with treatment rooms looking out onto a fern-fringed stream. The Spa includes four treatment rooms, complete with a couples treatment room and Vichy shower room. In the same facility is a fully equipped fitness centre, indoor lap pool, sauna, and spa pool.What you will doWe are seeking an experienced Hotel/Lodge Spa Manager or an Assistant Spa Manager wanting to step up to manage our Spa operation. You will be responsible for recruiting and training staff, inventory control, day-to-day management of the Spa and Fitness Centre, as well as providing treatments to our guests.You will be a hands-on leader and will use your experience and business acumen to ensure our in-house Spa team is fully trained, that our Spa is profitable, and continues to exceed guest expectations.This is a hands-on role requiring you to work independently, carry out all beauty and massage treatments, and manage independent contractors and employees during our high season. Weekend, evening, and public holiday work is required.Enthusiasm and a flexible approach will be beneficial during our busy season as the position requires you to be self-motivated, a team player, and able to adopt an agile working style in high-pressure seasons.Provide professional and 5-star quality guest serviceCarry out all spa treatments in line with Rosewood Hotel Group standardsMaintain a contemporary knowledge of spa services, products, and understanding all applications and benefitsKeep our Spa looking luxurious and feeling tranquilYou will bringExperience in a hospitality environment (ideally at luxury level)Massage and Beauty qualifications (diploma level)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperienced people managerBusiness acumen - working to and achieving sales targetsAble to work weekends, evenings, and public holidaysWhat we offerWe offer on-site accommodation, competitive wages, and a Staff Perks Programme.
